The house has four double bedrooms, Master bedroom has a king size bed and is ensuite with a power shower. The second bedroom also has a king size bed. Third and fourth have two twins in each. Though there is plenty of room in any of the bedrooms for cots (one is provided) and camp beds if extra capacity is required. There is another family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Up stairs is fully carpeted.

All down stairs has solid wooden quality flooring through out. The furnishing and style is quality and minimalist. The sitting room has a three, and two seater and single armchair black leather suite. The TV is state of the art Toshiba 32 inch, with cinema surround and rear speakers. Of course it has a video and DVD player. Although the house is fully gas centrally heated to radiators through out, there is a flame effect gas fire, which can be instantly turned on for a snug moment or two in winter. The view from the sitting room window is a vista of rolling Devon hills reaching down to the sea. A delight to watch the sun set and dancing swallows with a nice cold G and T.
